A rebuild is the right answer less often than you are told.
Fixed scope
agreed before we start, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
A new store is the most expensive way to fix a problem that was never about the store. So the first thing we do is try to talk you out of it, and if the foundation really is the constraint, we build on a fixed scope with the measurement wired in from the first day.
Two lists. Be honest about which one you are on.
A rebuild is probably right
- The platform cannot do what the business now needs, and no theme fixes that.
- Checkout or performance is broken in a way that patching keeps re-breaking.
- You are leaving the platform anyway, for cost or for support.
- The build is so tangled that every change costs three times what it should.
A rebuild is probably not
- Conversion is low but the store works. That is a testing problem, not a build problem.
- You do not like how it looks. Taste is real, but it is rarely where the money is.
- A competitor relaunched. Their rebuild may not be paying for itself either.
- You have never measured where sales are actually lost. Find that out first, it is free.
If you are on the second list, the teardown will say so and cost you nothing.
Five phases, one fixed scope.
- 01
Audit
What the current store does well enough to keep, and what is genuinely load-bearing. Rebuilding a mistake faithfully is the usual failure.
- 02
Structure
Navigation, templates and the path to purchase decided before a pixel is designed.
- 03
Build
A conversion-ready Shopify build. Fixed scope, and anything new goes into a second phase rather than quietly into this one.
- 04
Migrate
Products, content, redirects and history moved without losing the search positions you already earned.
- 05
Measure
Analytics, server-side tracking and consent configured at launch, so the new store is readable from day one.
What comes with it either way.
- Analytics and tracking configured properly, not left for later.
- Redirects mapped so a migration does not cost you your rankings.
- A store your team can edit without calling us for a text change.
- A short list of what we deliberately did not build, and why.
Rebuild or replatform
4,000€ to 12,000€+
Fixed scope, agreed before we start.
Indicative ranges. We price to the revenue at stake, not to hours.
Start with a free teardown.
We look at your store, name the five fixes worth the most, and send them over. No call needed to get it, and nothing owed if you take it and leave.
